Beyond Cold recommends cleaning the mesh filter every 5–7 days, or more frequently with heavy use.

To clean the filter:

  1. Turn off and unplug the chiller.
  2. Remove the filter from the filter housing.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove accumulated debris.
  4. Reinstall the filter before restarting the system.

If the mesh becomes damaged, torn, or no longer provides proper filtration, replace it with a genuine Beyond Cold replacement filter.

Regular filter maintenance is essential for maintaining proper water flow, protecting the circulation pump, and ensuring optimal cooling performance. Damage resulting from inadequate filter maintenance is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
