About This Product:

Silicone Tubing Quick Disconnects are a fast and efficient way to disconnect pumps from chillers. Their stainless steel, shrouded thumb latch allows for easy one-handed connection and disconnection while helping protect against accidental disconnects.

These quick disconnects also feature spring-loaded valves that close immediately when disconnected, helping prevent glycol from spilling during the disconnection process.

Pump Compatibility
  • The Standard Pump only uses the 3/8″ Barbed Adapter Fitting, the 3/8″ Silicone Tubing, and the 3/8″ Silicone Tubing Quick Disconnect.
  • The XL Pump can use either the 3/8″ or the 1/2″ Barbed Adapter Fitting, Silicone Tubing, and the Silicone Tubing Quick Disconnect.

Important Use Notes
  • The Silicone Tubing Quick Disconnect is designed for use between two pieces of spliced tubing.
  • You will need a single Barbed Adapter Fitting to connect your tubing directly to your Glycol Pump, and another fitting to connect the other end of tubing to your Chiller.
  • Because of fewer moving parts and a smooth contoured design, quick disconnects offer ease of use and excellent flow in a compact size.
  • Integral terminations create fewer leak points and shorter assemblies, helping allow for faster installations.
  • Quick Disconnects are often preferred for their ease of use and reliability.
