About This Product:

Our Cold Therapy Chiller is designed to make cold plunging easier, more consistent, and far less dependent on ice. With 7,500 BTU/hr of cooling capacity, a built-in pump, and quick connect fittings, this system helps simplify cold therapy so your plunge is ready when you are.

Included with Install/Filter Kit (Optional):

    • Washable and Reusable 150-micron filter
    • 2 x 6′ lengths of 3/4″ ID black vinyl tubing
    • 2 x bulkheads and hose clamps for tank connection
    • 2 x Barbed Elbow Fittings to connect to bulkheads and tubing

    *The bulkheads in this kit will only work if the wall of the tub is 1/4″ or less.

    Setup Notes

    • Place the setup in an area that can withstand wetness, moisture, and condensation so you do not risk water damage.
    • Ambient temperatures, insulation, and sun exposure will affect performance. Reducing external heat load will help maintain colder water temperatures more consistently.
    • The pump is not self-priming. Your setup needs to gravity prime to the pump for proper operation.
    • Place the chiller within 3′ of the drain of your tub whenever possible.
    • The bottom of the chiller should be at the same height or lower than the bottom of your tub.
    • Do not elevate the chiller above the tub.

    Outdoor Use

    • The Cold Therapy Chiller is designed for outdoor use in all weather conditions except freezing temperatures.
    • Disconnect and drain the chiller completely if ambient temperatures drop to freezing or below to prevent damage.

    Operating Notes

    • The pump should run continuously, and the filter should be kept clean for proper temperature monitoring and operation.
    • Using a timer is not recommended, as frequent power cycling may increase maintenance and wear on the pump over time.
