Choose between an insulated tub option for maximum efficiency and cold retention or a non-insulated tub option for a more economical entry into cold water therapy.

The insulated tub package features a premium insulated cooler-style tub that helps reduce heat gain, minimize chiller runtime, and maintain colder water temperatures more efficiently. The non-insulated package provides the same reliable cooling performance while offering a lower initial investment.

Setup Notes

  • Place the setup in an area that can withstand wetness, moisture, and condensation so you do not risk water damage.
  • Ambient temperatures, insulation, and sun exposure will affect performance. Reducing external heat load will help maintain colder water temperatures more consistently.
  • The pump is not self-priming. Your setup needs to gravity prime to the pump for proper operation.
  • Place the chiller within 3′ of the drain of your tub whenever possible.
  • The bottom of the chiller should be at the same height or lower than the bottom of your tub.
  • Do not elevate the chiller above the tub.

Outdoor Use

  • The Cold Therapy Chiller is designed for outdoor use in all weather conditions except freezing temperatures.
  • Disconnect and drain the chiller completely if ambient temperatures drop to freezing or below to prevent damage.

Operating Notes

  • The pump should run continuously, and the filter should be kept clean for proper temperature monitoring and operation.
  • Using a timer is not recommended, as frequent power cycling may increase maintenance and wear on the pump over time.
