About This Product:

Barbed Adapter Fittings allow you to connect Vinyl Tubing to the Water Pump and Chiller. These fittings are used to help properly plumb your pump and chiller together based on the tubing size and pump model you are using.

You will need 3 Adapters total to plumb a Pump to a Chiller — 2 for the Chiller and 1 for the Pump. Because fitting requirements vary depending on the pump and tubing size, please review the match guide below before ordering.

For Chiller Connection (Need 2 per Chiller)

1″ MPT x 3/4″ barb for connecting to 3/4″ vinyl tubing
1″ MPT x 1″ barb for connecting chiller to 1″ vinyl tubing

For Danner 5 (500 GPH) Pump (Need 1 per Pump)

1/2″ FPT x 3/4″ barb for connecting pump to 3/4″ vinyl tubing
1/2″ FPT x 3/4″ MPT Bushing + 3/4″ FPT x 1″ barb for connecting pump to 1″ vinyl tubing

For Danner 9 (950 GPH) & 18 (1800 GPH) Pumps (Need 1 per Pump)

3/4″ FPT x 3/4″ barb for connecting pump to 3/4″ vinyl tubing
3/4″ FPT x 1″ barb for connecting pump to 1″ vinyl tubing

For Danner 24 (2400 GPH) & 36 (3600 GPH) Pumps (Need 1 per Pump)

We do not recommend using 3/4″ tubing with these pumps.
