About This Product:

The 316 Stainless Steel Exchanger Water Chillers are designed for applications that require higher pressure capability and chemical compatibility beyond our standard water chiller line. Built with a 316 stainless steel coil and exchanger, these chillers are suitable for applications including anodizing baths with up to 15% sulfuric acid solutions, while delivering reliable temperature control across multiple size options.

316 Stainless Exchanger – Water Chiller Features

Designed for applications that need the chiller to withstand higher pressures than our standard line of water chillers, as well as anodizing baths that contain up to 15% solutions of sulfuric acid.
316 Stainless coil and exchanger: Built for applications where our standard exchanger and coil materials are not suitable.
Chemical Compatibility: Withstands up to 15% sulfuric acid solutions (ideal for anodizing applications).
Higher Pressure Capability: Suitable for up to 50 PSI applications.

Pump Recommendations

Recommended Pump: Danner Mag Drive 5.0 to 18 (Exact pump sizing depends on the rest of your setup – contact technical support for more information)

Other pumps may be acceptable but must be rated under 10 PSI / 23 ft max head.
If using a pump rated in PSI or horsepower, you can contact support before installation to check compatibility.

Manufacturer Guidelines

Approved for indoor use only.
Continuous water flow is required for proper temperature monitoring and operation. Do not stop the water flow without first unplugging the chiller.
Condensation may occur depending on the operating temperature and ambient humidity; plan your installation accordingly.
